To Book a Tour Performance and/or Workshop:
- Contact Liz Hartnett, Education Sales Coordinator by phone 404.504.3422 or send an email.
- Should he be unavailable when you call, please leave a message. Be sure to include your name, phone number, school/organization name, what performance(s) and workshop(s) you would like to book as well as the dates and times you wish to schedule in your phone or email message.
- Programs are scheduled on a first come, first served basis, subject to availability.
Confirming a Tour Performance and/or Workshop:
The Education Coordinator will:
- Confirm the dates and times requested.
- Review performance/workshop arrangements and fees with you.
- Confirm arrangements with the designated contact one week before the scheduled program.
- E-mail you the contract and invoice. Once a contract/invoice has been sent, programs are considered binding. You must sign and return one copy of the contract to guarantee the engagement.

Mileage and Other Costs
Additional charges for travel, lodging and per diem may apply for areas outside the counties listed below. Mileage and other costs (such as added travel expenses) will be calculated during scheduling and reflected in the contract and invoice.
- Counties Cost:
Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Fulton, Gwinett - No Fee
Fayette, Forsyth, Henry, Rockdale - $25
Butts, Cherokee, Coweta, Douglas, Newton, Spalding - $35
Barrow, Bartow, Carroll, Floyd, Hall, Morgan, Paulding, Walton - $45
- Locations outside of a 60 mile radius of Georgia Shakespeare will incur a $1 per mile round-trip travel fee.
Your invoice will provide an itemized list of charges.
